    I’m probably too young to need to really add more off these into my diet but I’ll definitely keep them in the back of my mind, they’re probably more appropriate for my parents who are both a little over weight and in their 50s. If they ever get their blood pressure too high then I’ll make sure to remind them of these foods and nutrients!
